Who we are
Version Two s.r.o., based in Slovakia, is the data controller for HarnessSync. Contact: hello@harnesssync.com.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, password hash, locale, OAuth identities you connect.
- Devices: machine names you choose, plus per-device API tokens we issue.
- Billing: handled by Stripe (we store the Stripe customer ID, subscription state, and invoice metadata).
- Sync data (Pro): the contents of your synced repo – skills, prompts, hooks, settings.
- Telemetry: anonymous, opt-out, IP-rate-limited – no identifying tokens.
What we don’t collect
We never store your Anthropic / OpenAI API keys, your source code, or your shell history. Per-harness auth is delegated to each CLI’s own login.
Your rights (EU/EEA)
You can access, correct, export, and delete your data at any time from the Account page or by emailing us. We respond within 30 days.
Subprocessors
Stripe (billing), Cloudflare (CDN/DDoS), our European VPS provider (hosting). Sync data and account data never leave the EU.
